We have consistently worked towards building our specialised job list of commercial premises and strata plan grounds maintenance, and large area mowing. EKO normally works through property agents rather than directly with clients. The area currently serviced is (from south to north) Jewells to Taree, and (from east to west) Newcastle to Heddon Greta and Thornton. The usual contract is an annualised monthly fee for a service including 18-20 mowing visits, 10-12 weed spraying visits, and 4-6 pruning visits per annum. This system benefits both parties as it spreads the higher summer costs and facilitates budgeting. Clients include supermarkets, cemeteries, highway service centres, strata plans, factories, warehouses, suburban corporate offices.
